Process step by step

our renovation process

Berserker Bouw ensure peace of mind for our clients. By making sure that you are a part of the process from step one, we guarantee a stress free, non-chaotic approach. Our step-by-step process is inclusive and informative; after all it is your dream being that is realized.

Phase 1 PRICING AND PLANNING
Your renovation journey begins with a meeting with our renovation experts. Your remodeling Expert will discuss your ideas, wants, and aspirations for your home, as well as any potential challenges that may occur during the remodeling process, during the planning session. They will also collaborate with you to develop a realistic budget that accounts for all prospective costs, such as materials, labor, and permit fees. Once the plan is finalized, you may begin the renovation process with the knowledge that you have made the first step toward construction dreams.
Phase 2 DESIGN
You may choose one of our designers or you have your own specialist. In the designing stage, one of our expert designers meets with you to discuss the development and scope of this renovation project. Our designer designs a schematic chart with you to get your dream on 3D model before it dives into construction. During this phase, our designer will provide you with a detailed blueprint of the renovation plan, as well as ideas for how to incorporate your specific style into the design. The designer will also provide you with guidance on the materials, colors, and other elements that will be used in the renovation project. This is the last step before your project moves into Construction.
Phase 3 CONSTRUCTION
At the Construction stage, your old structure is demolished. And we procured and install new material in your project. Also, we upgrade Electrical and plumbing fixtures to support the structure of your new home Next new windows and doors are installed. A full structure remodeling is done to renovate every corner of your home according to your ideas and aesthetics. Lastly, carpentry, wall painting, and new furniture installation are done to bring your dream home into a living breathing place.
Phase 4 FINAL REVEAL
Once all renovations are according to your requirements, and everything in your new home is in its new place and functional, a final reveal walk-in is scheduled with you. During this walk-in, the team will walk you through the details of the design and construction of your new home. This includes the material used, the structural changes, the finesse of the craftsmanship, and all other meticulous detailings, that were made to transform your dream into a reality.

De reparatie omvatte verschillende werken: voorbereiding van muren voor schilderen, muurschildering, behangen, loodgieterswerk, vloervoorbereiding, vloerlegging, veel klein werk. Het resultaat was uitstekend: alles was op tijd gedaan, wat werk eerder dan gepland, de kwaliteit van het werk is uitstekend, alles is schoon en netjes. We hebben veel kunnen besparen op materialen.
